How to Use Buzzoole Discovery
Search - SMART
The SMART search is designed for quick and simple creator searches that require fewer parameters (name/handle, social platform, followers, engagement/post, location, category/sector).
Practical Example of a SMART Search
Let's say you want to find fashion creators on Instagram with a follower count between 200k and 500 million and a minimum engagement per post of 500.
To do this, simply select the respective filters (on the left), and the results will be immediately updated (on the right). At the top of the results area, you can view and manage the applied filters: simply click on the 'X' next to each filter to remove it and update the results again.
Tip: If you need to repeat the same search periodically (weekly, monthly...), for example, to see how the obtained results change, you can save your search and reuse it whenever you want, avoiding the need to re-enter the filters.
To save your search, click on 'Save Search' next to the applied filters and give it a name that will allow you to easily identify it later. Each saved search will be accessible from the drop-down menu 'Your searches' on the left sidebar.
When saving a new search, you can choose to set up an email alert that will notify you in case new results are added to your search (for example, if a fashion creator reaches the minimum follower threshold you have set).
Search - ADVANCED
The ADVANCED search allows for much more complex searches, with many more elements and characteristics available to filter results. In particular, the advanced search allows filtering by creator type: focusing on external creators, subscribed creators, or subscribed and verified creators.
Practical Example of an ADVANCED Search
Let's say you want to find Verified Buzzoole Creators who have an Instagram profile with an A+ Health Score, an audience interested in Sports, and have already collaborated with Nike but not with Adidas.
To do this, simply select the respective filters (on the left), and the results will be immediately updated (on the right). As with SMART search, you can manage all the applied filters and save your search for future needs.

Both in the SMART and ADVANCED areas, multi-selection is possible, and the same action can be applied to multiple profiles, specifically:
HOW TO ADD CREATORS TO A LIST
Whenever the results of a search meet your needs, you can add the creators to a list. Use the checkbox on the creator card to select the profiles you want to add to your list.
Selecting the first creator will display a toolbar at the bottom of the page: click on 'Select all' to select all the creators you see or individually select the creators you want to add by ticking the checkbox next to each one.
Once you have completed your selection, click on the corresponding icon to add them to a list. Finally, choose the list to which you want to add the selected creators, either from those already created or create a new one.
HOW TO ADD CREATORS TO A CAMPAIGN
To add creators to a campaign, use the checkbox on the creator card: selecting the first creator will display a toolbar at the bottom of the page.
Click on 'Select all' to select all the creators you see or individually select the creators you want to add by ticking the checkbox next to each one.
Once you have completed your selection, click on the corresponding icon to add them to a campaign. Finally, choose the campaign to which you want to add the selected creators, either from those already created or create a new one.
Search - CONTENT
The CONTENT search allows you to find content produced by creators on various social platforms, using different elements and characteristics to filter the results.
Each piece of content is identified by an icon according to its type: video, reel, carousel, story. In the top right, there is a specific filter that allows you to choose the types of content you want to view (alongside the dropdown menu that allows you to sort the content by a specific variable (date, engagement, or channel follower).
As with the Smart and Advanced search:
- All filters can be used in correlation and are summarized at the top in the results area.
- Each search can be saved and easily accessed from the dropdown menu 'Your searches' on the left sidebar.
ACTIONS ON THE TOOLBAR
In the CONTENT area, like in SMART and ADVANCED, multi-selection is possible, and the same action can be applied to multiple profiles or contents, specifically:
- Add creators who have published the selected content to a list.
- Add creators who have published the selected content to a campaign.
- Add the selected content to tracking on Buzzoole Tracker.

Use the checkbox to select the first content, and you will see a toolbar appear at the bottom of the page. Select each content individually or click on 'Select all' to select all the content you see.
Once you have completed your selection, click on the icon to add them to tracking. Finally, choose the tracking to which you want to add the selected content, either from those already created or create a new one.
Note: The Trackings created using a Content search in Buzzoole Discovery cannot be edited in the settings such as campaign duration, hashtags, etc. The parameters shown are the result obtained from the selection of content. Learn more about Trackers here.
HOW TO ADD A CREATOR IN BUZZOOLE DISCOVERY
Can't find the Creator you're looking for? You can add or invite a creator using the two buttons at the top right:
- Add a creator allows you to add a creator that will subsequently be displayed as an External Creator. Click on the button and enter the URL of the social profile. It may take a while to see their card in Buzzoole Discovery.
- Invite a creator allows you to invite a creator to register with Buzzoole to become a Verified Buzzoole Creator.
