How to Use Creator Lists

By accessing the Lists area, you can view the list of lists already created with their respective creation dates and the number of creators inside them. To create a new list, simply click on the CREATE LIST button located in the upper right corner.

Accessing a list from the list will allow you to view the Creators inside it, with the creator cards in extended view. This view allows you to compare their performance data, audience characteristics, and the most common categories of their content.

At the top left, you will find the search bar, and on the right, the drop-down menu for selecting your preferred sorting.

By clicking on the checkbox to the left of each list, a toolbar will appear that allows you to:

• add all existing creators to a campaign;
• download a csv file with creator data;
• duplicate the list;
• irreversibly delete the list.

At the top right, you will find buttons for sharing lists and adding new creators to them. Adding creators to a list can be done in five different ways:

• importing creators from another list;
• importing creators from a campaign;
• inserting one or more URLs of creators' social profiles (Social URL);
• selecting creators from Discovery - Smart or Advanced Search;
• selecting creators from Discovery - Content Search.

ADDING CREATORS FROM ONE LIST TO ANOTHER

Enter the list where you want to import the creators and click on the LOAD FROM > Your lists option, then select the list from which to import the creators and confirm.

ADDING CREATORS FROM A CAMPAIGN

Enter the list where you want to import the creators and click on the LOAD FROM > Your campaigns option, then select the campaign from which you want to import the creators and confirm.

ADDING CREATORS WITH SOCIAL URL

Enter the list where you want to import the creators and click on the LOAD FROM > Social URL option, then paste (without separators) the links of the creators' social profiles you want to import into the list and confirm.

If a link you added to the list does not exist on the social network (for example, because there is a typo in the link) or is from a private profile, it will not be added to the list, and you will be notified via email to verify.

ADDING CREATORS TO A CAMPAIGN

Do you want to add the creators from one of your lists to a campaign on Buzzoole?

Click on the box at the top left of a creator card and a toolbar will appear: click on select all and then on the 'Add to campaign' button to choose the campaign to load the list into. You will find the creators from the list in the 'To invite' status.

MOVING CREATORS TO ANOTHER LIST

Do you want to import your list into another list? Click on the checkbox at the top left of a creator card, and a toolbar will appear, then click on 'Move to' to choose the list to move the creators to and confirm.

REMOVING CREATORS FROM A LIST

Click on the checkbox at the top left of the creator card you want to remove, and a toolbar will appear, then click on the trash can to proceed with the removal."
